"Youngster Week"  Event Karpathos 2011
At the first week of August, from 2nd until 9th of August, we offer a „Youngster week“ at the Pro Center Lagune.

Our goal is, to give young windsurfers from 8 to 18 years old, fun on the water and many lessons to learn new windsurfing moves. At the beginning we group the kids and check out their skills. Every youngster can choice the move, which he want to learn in this week. There is one teacher for maximal 5-6 windsurf youngsters and during the week the children get nearly all day long lessons. Every day the groups and the teachers will have lunch all together at Sokrates taverna, which is included. Also the included sightseeing program, BBQ by Vassilis and the campfire will be some highlights of this week. During the day, we take care of the youngster-week competitors, respective of the young children. The parents can bring us the youngsters at 10.00 o’clock and pick them up in the afternoon at the end of the daily-program.

Especially for the youngster week we have a lot of “Grom” kid rigs from North sails, so there will be enough kid rigs for all competitors. We know from our own experience (from our own kids 9 and 11 years old), which equipment fits perfect to the windsurfing skills and wind conditions at the Pro Center Lagune-area. So everybody will be equiped with perfect material.

Service:

• 1 week course (lessons from 10.00 a.m until 12.30 p.m and from 13.30 p.m until 16:00 p.m). Before and after the course independent windsurfing.
• 7 x lunch all together at Sokrates taverna incl. 1 softdrink (12.30 p.m until 13.30 p.m)
• 1 x BBQ at Vassilis Bar incl. 1 softdrink (in the evening, parents are welcome)
• 1 x campfire (in the evening, parents are welcome)

Contents:
Beginner and all progressive surfers, moves on request. Arrangement in groups after windsurfing skills.
A special surfinstructor attends every group.
Maximum participation: 20 youngster; per group maximum 5-6 people. Minimum participation: 4 youngsters.
All youngster from 8 to 18 years can participate at the event, no guidelines. Attention: all the children must be able to swim well and independent for minimum 20 minutes.

Price:
Including all lessons, surf instructor(s), excursion, campfire, daily lunch at Sokrates incl. 1 softdrink, BBQ at Vassilis incl. 1 softdrink and lots of fun…….
139,00 Euro every competitor (announcement latest 2 weeks before event begin, it will be fix, when the payment is done).
This price is exclusive rental gear or storage from private equipment. This year we have special kids surfpool prices up to the age of the child.
