During this week, several yoga classes of a holistic background will take place.

More surfers today are recognizing that Yoga and surfing blend into a perfect combination. While surfing, certain muscle groups are worked harder than others, and Yoga assists to relax these affected areas increasingly.

Yoga increases the fitness and helps to focus the mind. Concentrating on your breathing techniques helps to improve the perfomance of your body and mind.

Katja-Mirjam Böhm is an Anusara inspired instructor from Munich. She is arranging workshops and Yoga-retreats all over Europe. With her openhearted and professional teaching techniques Katja is inviting you to experience the inner beauty within the power of motion.

Anusara Yoga was founded by John Friend in 1997. It is an exciting and innovative style of hatha yoga and currently one of the most popular and fastest growing styles of yoga today.

"Youngster Week"  Event Karpathos 2011
At the first week of August, from 2nd until 9th of August, we offer a „Youngster week“ at the Pro Center Lagune.

Our goal is, to give young windsurfers from 8 to 18 years old, fun on the water and many lessons to learn new windsurfing moves. At the beginning we group the kids and check out their skills. Every youngster can choice the move, which he want to learn in this week. There is one teacher for maximal 5-6 windsurf youngsters and during the week the children get nearly all day long lessons. Every day the groups and the teachers will have lunch all together at Sokrates taverna, which is included. Also the included sightseeing program, BBQ by Vassilis and the campfire will be some highlights of this week. During the day, we take care of the youngster-week competitors, respective of the young children. The parents can bring us the youngsters at 10.00 o’clock and pick them up in the afternoon at the end of the daily-program.

Especially for the youngster week we have a lot of “Grom” kid rigs from North sails, so there will be enough kid rigs for all competitors. We know from our own experience (from our own kids 9 and 11 years old), which equipment fits perfect to the windsurfing skills and wind conditions at the Pro Center Lagune-area. So everybody will be equiped with perfect material.

Der Windsurf Event des Jahres am ProCenter Tommy Friedl in Hurghada.

Der Splash Cup ist eine Regatta für alle Hobby-Surfer. Alle jung und jung gebliebenen kommen einmal im Jahr hier am ProCenter zusammen, um den Splashmaster zu ehren. Ein vielseitiges Programm und eine tolle Atmosphäre inbegriffen.

Wir organisieren diese Fun-Regatta speziell für unsere Gäste, um ihnen den Spaß und die Spannung einer Surfregatta näher zu bringen. Man muß bestimmt kein Crack sein um hier teilnehmen zu können. Gute Laune und Wasserstartkenntnisse bringen einen auch ins Ziel.

Fun und Beachlife stehen ganz vorne an, deshalb erwarten Euch in dieser Woche Barbeques, Cocktailpartys, abenteuerliche Ausflüge in die Wüste, Sundowners und, und, und...

Neben Surfen und Party gibt es ausführliche Seminare über Neuigkeiten von JP und NeilPryde. Die neuen JP Boards von 2012 werden auch zahlreich zum Testen bereit liegen.

Das SURF Girls Camp ist immer wieder ein sehr beliebtes Schulungs-Event für Frauen im Anfänger- und Aufsteigerbereich.
Mit Trainerinnen aus dem TEAM waterworld wird sechs Tage lang an allem gearbeitet, was beim Windsurfen Spaß macht: von Beachstart bis zur Powerhalse. Jede Teilnehmerin der Gruppe bekommt ganz individuelle Tipps und Tricks von Nicki! Neben dem Surfen gibt es noch ein umfangreiches Rahmenprogramm mit Yoga, Wüstenausflug, Party an der gemütlichen Surfbar und Abschluss-BBQ.
